Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential clients regularly to promote hotel rooms, banquets, restaurants, and events packages.
Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain updated records of contracts, agreements, and client details.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality marketing preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field sales.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM).
Work Environment:
Field-based role with regular travel.
