We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our offline lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate firms to promote Hanuman Care’s ambulance services.

• Generate offline leads for train ambulance, air ambulance, long-distance road ambulance services and Home- Healthcare.

• Build a strong referral network with hospital discharge coordinators, case managers, and medical staff.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate HR teams and insurance companies for employee medical transport needs.

🔹 Field Visits & Client Engagement:

• Conduct regular hospital and corporate visits to pitch Hanuman Care’s emergency transportation solutions.

• Educate medical professionals and patient attendants about our seamless patient transfer services.

• Organize awareness programs and partnership discussions with healthcare institutions.

• Address client inquiries and ensure a smooth lead conversion process.

🔹 Marketing & Branding Support:

• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials at hospitals, clinics, and corporate offices.

• Represent Hanuman Care in healthcare networking events, medical expos, and community programs.

• Gather feedback from hospitals and customers to improve service offerings.

🔹 Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain a daily visit and lead tracker for sales reporting.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely ambulance bookings and patient coordination.

• Provide regular updates to the sales manager on market trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: 1-3 years in Field Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or B2C sales.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
✅ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Patna and surrounding areas.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Familiarity with healthcare industry & patient transportation services is a plus.
  ✅ Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in ambulance services, healthcare sales, pharma, medical insurance, or diagnostic centers will be preferred.
