Identify and engage with key clients in construction companies, real estate developers, contractors, and art retailers.
Drive B2B and B2C sales for both the concrete and artistic product divisions.
Develop dealer/distributor networks in the Delhi-NCR region.
Handle end-to-end client relationships: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, including product showcases, exhibitions, and retail partnerships.
Collaborate with the design team to market handmade art products via both online and offline platforms.
Build brand awareness across Gurgaon and Noida using region-specific digital marketing, events, and trade promotions.
Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Lead a small team of field sales representatives and marketing coordinators.
Provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights and growth strategies.
Recommend pricing strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing in building materials, home décor, or construction products.
Strong network in real estate, architecture, landscaping, or art & decor stores.
Deep understanding of the Gurgaon and Noida markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and basic design awareness (for art products).
Experience in working with architects, interior designers, and civil contractors.
Exposure to both modern retail and institutional sales.
Ability to work across industrial and artistic product lines effectively.
