We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, email or personal meating to understand their insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance products (Health, Motor or SME). This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers from provided leads or cold databases.

• Generate leads from different sources.

• Understand and note the customer's insurance requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premium costs, and terms clearly.

• Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (IRDAI).

• Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.
