Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills,
and a passion for promoting and selling our medical products and services to healthcare
professionals. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can build
strong relationships with customers and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customers.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product
demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.
Use market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales,
marketing and customer service strategies.
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer
satisfaction and needs. If also taking on team leadership role responsibilities also include: Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.
Act as a mentor to the field team, providing clinical, technical and professional guidance
as necessary to improve the customer experience.
Communicate with Sales and Application Leaders to align application activities with sales needs and business objectives.
Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets, with a focus on achieving a minimum revenue of 20 crores.
Establish a strong market presence in every state across India, identifying key growth opportunities and potential clients.
