About the Role

A growing business is looking for motivated interns eager to learn multiple skills — from sales and vendor outreach to content creation and marketing. You’ll work directly with the founders, gaining hands-on experience in building and expanding a business.

Responsibilities

· Interview 10–20 vendors daily using our structured questionnaire and demonstrate the dummy app to gather feedback.

· Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and LinkedIn.

· Test the mobile app regularly to identify bugs and ensure smooth user experience across key flows like login, subscriptions, and orders.

· Assist vendors in onboarding onto the Rozzo platform by collecting required documents and uploading them.

· Research and draft Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies for both vendors and customers, referring to competitor apps for insights.

· Capture and edit video testimonials from vendors explaining how Rozzo helped simplify their daily business operations.

Skills & Requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable using mobile apps and explaining them to new users.

· Basic understanding of social media content formats and trends.

· Willingness to travel locally for vendor interviews (if applicable).

· Organized and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset.

· Video editing or design tools (e.g., Canva, In shot) is a plus.

Internship Details• Duration: 2-3 months (extendable based on performance) • Location: Hybrid (field visits + remote work) • Stipend: As per performance and deliverables • Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation (performance-based) • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
