We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, promoting products/services, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the Hyderabad region.
Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital campaigns.
Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Participate in promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Prepare sales reports and present to management regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media and email campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local markets in and around Hyderabad.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in English, Telugu, is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license
