Title: Field Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing deals through in-person interactions. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets within a designated territory.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Visit clients and prospects in person to promote and sell company products/services.
Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.
Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, or exhibitions to represent the company and gain new leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Familiarity with CRM software and mobile sales tools
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus
Working Conditions:
Regular travel within the assigned territory
Field-based work with occasional office meetings or training sessions
