About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships. This role combines sales expertise with marketing creativity, making it ideal for individuals who can both sell and strategically promote products/services in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.

• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Track sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).

• Develop content for promotional materials, social media, and email campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing assets.

• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and basic digital marketing tools.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.

• Familiarity with ad campaign management.

• Creative thinking with problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
