Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our solar energy products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct/field sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, demonstrating products, and closing sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct site assessments to evaluate the suitability of solar products for potential customers.
Present, promote, and sell solar products (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries, solar water heaters) to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and feedback using CRM tools.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of field sales experience (solar or renewable energy industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of solar energy products and installation processes is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred.
