Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive (Field) to promote our air conditioning products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and customer references.

• Meet customers to explain AC products, AMC plans, and installation services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, corporate, and commercial clients.

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets set by management.

• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors’ activities.

• Submit daily reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Experience in AC / Home Appliances / Service Sales will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, convincing, and customer service skills.

• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic computer skills for reporting.
