The ideal candidate will be skilled in building customer relationships, identifying prospects, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales and develop strong channel partnerships in the EV and Solar Energy sectors.
Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, presentations, and direct client meetings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Research and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and boost market presence.
Report performance metrics and provide feedback to management on a regular basis.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales and channel sales, preferably in the EV, Solar Energy, or electric vehicle sector.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and market development strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with CRM tools and technology-driven sales processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
