Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand activation activities.
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and modern trade stores to ensure product availability and visibility.
Collect and analyze market intelligence — competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and monitor POS materials (posters, danglers, shelf strips, etc.) in the market.
Conduct product sampling, demos, and merchandising activities.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and local market influencers.
Prepare daily/weekly field visit reports and share insights with management.
Support new product launches and ensure smooth rollout in assigned areas.
Monitor and ensure brand compliance at all touchpoints.
