Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets through direct customer engagement and retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales: Handle incoming customer inquiries and offer tailored product recommendations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. Prepare and follow up on quotations, and close sales effectively.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors, both in person and via digital platforms, to secure ongoing business and referrals.
Order Processing & Coordination: Collaborate with the design, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure the timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
Sales & Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs, proactively generating sales opportunities and tracking customer interactions using CRM software.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on jewelry trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
Promotional & Brand Visibility: Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional events, exhibitions, and launches, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets and partner locations.
After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing concerns, managing returns, and handling customization requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories, promoting the company’s jewelry products and expanding market presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Field sales experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for jewelry and understanding of luxury customer service standards.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned regions.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Tamil , English & Hindi language is required.
