About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Assistant Managers who will play a key role in expanding our network by onboarding 50 local business individuals (CloudMarts) and uploading 50+ local products on our platform to promote across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Regional Manager in day-to-day sales operations
• Maintain sales staff performance records
• Onboard & train 50 local business individuals (CloudMart)
• Guide and support CloudMarts to ensure productivity
• Ensure pre-orders are delivered within 2-3 days
• Upload 50+ local products to the platform for nationwide visibility and sales
Note:
• Salary (including allowances) is disbursed only if Minimum Target Units (MTU) are achieved
• Partial target achievement (>50%) may still qualify for payment, subject to management approval
• Incentives are offered for exceeding targets
Eligibility
• Prior experience in sales, team management, or vendor onboarding preferred
• Knowledge of local markets and businesses
• Comfortable with field visits and performance-based pay
• Must own a smartphone/laptop with internet
