Buildstar Projects is looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Sales Executive to support our Bangalore sales team. The role combines field coordination and client-facing exposure, ideal for someone eager to grow into a business development manager role in the building materials space. Candidates with a background in flooring, fire-rated doors, wooden doors, or elevators industry are preferred.
This is a mobility-driven role requiring on-ground presence across the city to assist with client coordination, sample handling, market research, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver samples to architects, builders, and project sites across Bangalore
· Identify and scout new projects through market visits, and engage with architects, PMC firms, and developers to understand project pipelines and generate BOQs.
Assist in setting up meetings for senior sales managers and shadow them during client interactions
Coordinate with client offices, project sites, and warehouse/logistics teams
Maintain a structured daily activity report/log and update the team
Conduct basic competitor/market intelligence for assigned Bangalore zone
Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler (travel allowance provided)
Familiarity with Bangalore’s geography
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Background:
Prior internship or experience in building materials (flooring, doors, elevators, etc.)
Interest in real estate, architecture, interiors, or construction project sales
