Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing Fixya project. The role involves visiting local beauty parlors and salons, introducing them to Fixya, and assisting them through the onboarding process. The position is ideal for individuals with prior field experience who enjoy building connections and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit beauty parlors and salons in the assigned district to promote Fixya.

• Explain the benefits of partnering with Fixya and handle partner onboarding.

• Guide salon owners through account setup and service listing on the Fixya platform.

• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

• Maintain professional relationships with partners and ensure their continued engagement.

• Collect and report market insights, feedback, and competitor information to the management team.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in field sales, marketing, or business development.

• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

• Must own a smartphone for daily reporting and onboarding tasks.

• Strong goal orientation and ability to work independently in the field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 based on performance.

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
