Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans, set objectives, and analyze market/customer needs.
Sales Execution: Generate leads (cold calling, networking), qualify prospects, present products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Marketing Campaigns: Design and run promotional activities, manage social media, coordinate events/exhibitions, and create content.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, handle feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Research competitors, identify new opportunities, and track campaign performance.
Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
Skills: Excellent communication (written/oral), negotiation, project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
