Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthy eating, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales or customer service. This role involves actively engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting our menu and services, and contributing to the overall growth of the cafe.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales:
Proactively engage with potential customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels to introduce our menu and the benefits of healthy eating.
Build strong relationships with customers, understand their dietary needs and preferences, and recommend suitable menu options.
Effectively present and explain our meal plans, catering services, and any ongoing promotions.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business and build loyalty.
Business Development:
Identify and target potential corporate clients, gyms, fitness studios, and other relevant businesses to establish partnerships and generate bulk orders or catering opportunities.
Research and identify local events, health fairs, and community gatherings where the cafe can have a presence to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team to improve our offerings and services.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the cafe at all times.
Operational Support:
Assist with basic cafe operations as needed, such as packaging orders or assisting with customer flow during peak hours.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and nutritional information to effectively answer customer questions.
Keep track of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
A genuine interest in and knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in Pimpri-Chinchwad is a plus.
Fluency in Marathi and English is preferred.
