To drive sales and business development for Home Loans and Loan Against Property by sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships with channel partners, and ensuring high-quality loan disbursals in line with company policies.
Source new clients for Home Loans and LAP through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, builders, and real estate agents.
Achieve monthly sales targets for disbursals and leads.
Identify new market segments and customer profiles to drive growth.
Cross-sell other financial products (insurance, credit cards, etc.) when applicable.
Build and manage a strong network of DSAs, connectors, and builders.
Train and motivate channels to improve productivity and compliance.
Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and maintain strong relationships.
Conduct customer meetings and understand loan requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for processing and approval.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and solutions.
Collect and verify customer documents for eligibility.
Coordinate with credit and risk teams to ensure timely processing of files.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
Strong knowledge of Home Loans and LAP products
Good understanding of credit appraisal, property documentation, and local markets
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong networking and relationship management
Good communication in English and regional language
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Graduate (mandatory), MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance (preferred)
