About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team at Walmond Realty Dart Pvt. Ltd. This role involves overseeing end-to-end sales closures, guiding client site visits, managing a team of real estate consultants, and ensuring successful closure of both self-generated and team-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sales closures from lead qualification to final deal signing

• Conduct and manage client site visits to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular training, motivation, and performance tracking

• Handle both individual sales targets and oversee team targets

• Ensure proper follow-up and lead nurturing to maximize conversion rates

• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers

• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and generate quality leads

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to senior management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales and team handling

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage high-pressure sales environments and meet aggressive targets

• Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• Local knowledge of the Noida/Gurugram real estate market is an added advantage
