Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth in our Infrastructure Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within the infrastructure, construction, Bitumen sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the infrastructure domain
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government bodies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, procurement) to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
12th & Above
Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the infrastructure or related industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of government tendering process and project lifecycle
Willingness to travel as required
