Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in international manpower recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the international recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international manpower recruitment market (especially GCC, Europe, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communication.
