Position Objective
To lead, strategize, and drive the overall sales function of Krifix across regions, ensuring consistent growth in revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. The role demands a strong understanding of construction chemicals, technical sales processes, and team management to build a result-oriented sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities, key segments, and growth markets within the construction chemical industry.
Set realistic sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and ensure achievement through structured planning.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to refine sales tactics.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and capability-building programs.
Ensure regional alignment and seamless coordination between sales executives, distributors, and project teams.
3. Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, applicators, architects, and consultants.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Support major project negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization.
4. Business Development & Channel Expansion
Identify and appoint new channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients.
Explore partnerships with builders, infrastructure companies, and government contractors.
Ensure dealer/distributor profitability through pricing, incentive schemes, and regular engagement.
5. Technical & Product Expertise
Possess deep understanding of construction chemicals — admixtures, waterproofing systems, repair mortars, sealants, and coatings.
Collaborate with the technical team for product demonstrations, trials, and on-site technical support.
Provide feedback to R&D and production teams for product enhancement and new product development.
6. Sales Operations & Reporting
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Oversee pricing strategies, discount structures, and commercial approvals.
Ensure CRM/ERP entries are up-to-date and accurate.
Present periodic business performance reports to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Market share growth in targeted regions.
New client and distributor acquisition.
Team productivity and retention rate.
Customer satisfaction and repeat business ratio.
Gross margin and profitability contribution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Chemical) or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals (admixtures, waterproofing, repair products, coatings, etc.).
Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving business growth targets.
Strong network with consultants, contractors, and project clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
