Handle sales in Maharashtra state
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Manage and support sales team / executives
Visit customers and markets regularly
Add new customers and maintain relations with existing ones
Handle distributors / dealers / retailers (as per business)
Give daily / weekly sales reports to management
Collect payments on time
Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage, not must)
1-3 years of experience in sales
Experience in Maharashtra market preferred
Good communication in Marathi, Hindi & basic English
Ready to travel within Maharashtra
Target oriented
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)
