Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals. Drive growth in both existing and new markets across the country.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a national sales team to exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
• Channel Management: Build, manage, and expand relationships with existing and new distribution partners, ensuring effective channel distribution and market penetration.
• Market Expansion & Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and partners, to unlock new business opportunities.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance across the country, providing regular forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management. Analyze trends to adjust strategy as needed.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development programs to sales teams and channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
• Product Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the electronics industry to position our products effectively, ensuring they meet market demands and customer needs.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 18 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role managing large, diverse teams.
