• Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery of staffing solutions and consistent communication.

Staffing Operations:

• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure quality and timely submissions of candidates.

• Understand client requirements thoroughly and communicate them effectively to sourcing teams.

• Monitor the performance of deployed candidates and resolve any client issues.

Team Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and mentor junior sales or account management team members.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and grow business.

• Provide insights into market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
