We are looking for a young and energetic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in selling agricultural products such as spices (turmeric, ginger, chili), coconuts, and other farm-based commodities. The role involves market development, buyer coordination, and ensuring smooth order execution from farm to market.
Identify and connect with retailers, wholesalers, mandi traders, processors, and bulk buyers of agri products.
Visit markets, mandis, agri expos, and rural clusters to generate new sales leads.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients for repeat business.
Understand product quality parameters and explain the same to buyers (variety, moisture, size, grade, etc.).
Coordinate with procurement and dispatch teams to fulfill orders on time.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
Collect market information on prices, demand trends, and competitor activity.
1–2 years of field sales experience in agriculture/FMCG/commodity sectors.
Good understanding of agri markets, especially spices and coconuts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to rural and mandi locations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp/email for reporting.
Graduate in Agriculture, Agri Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Proficiency in local language(s) is a must.
Basic English and Hindi for communication.
