We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strong B2B relationships, and place our Dry Drinks products in premium retail stores, cafes, and other HORECA venues. This role requires a blend of fieldwork, strategic planning, and relationship management.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Identify and onboard new distribution channels, retail partners, and HORECA accounts.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to engage retailers and boost sell-in/sell-out.
Train field teams and retail staff on product knowledge and brand positioning.
Gather customer and partner feedback to refine products and services.
Monitor inventory and collaborate with logistics to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Prepare detailed sales reports and deliver actionable insights to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales (non-alcoholic beverage experience is a plus).
Established network within retail and HORECA channels.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage territory-based sales teams effectively.
