Key Responsibilities:
-Bagging or acquiring new projects from existing clients to increase revenues -Sales project execution involves managing the end-to-end process from client engagement and proposal development to deal closure and delivery. - while new project execution from an existing client focuses on leveraging the existing relationship to scope, plan, and deliver additional tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs." -Assist in preparing revenue forecasts and budget planning for client accounts. -Regularly check in with clients, ensuring you're meeting their ongoing needs and addressing any challenges. -Track profitability and cost-effectiveness of account activities. -Gather feedback from clients to refine and improve both products and account management processes. -Send customized reports that highlight the client account’s performance, showcasing how your solution continues to provide value. -Hold quarterly or annual reviews to assess account health, performance, and opportunities. -Manage the daily operations of battery-swapping stations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless functionality and service delivery. - implement, and optimize centralized operational processes to support cross-functional teams. - Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and lead initiatives to improve operational effectiveness. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, finance, tech teams) to ensure seamless execution of workflows. - Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical operational tasks. - Use data analytics to drive decisions and improve process reliability. - Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the reliability and safety of all operational activities. - Develop and execute operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure all field operations comply with local & Central regulations, industry standards, and company policies. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Understand client goals and business models to provide tailored support and growth strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs and SLAs. - Conduct regular business reviews and report on account performance and KPIs. - Handle conflict resolution and escalations promptly and professionally.
Qualifications: - - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus). .Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales , field operations management, preferably in the Electric Vehicle, automotive, or renewable energy sectors, account management, or a similar role
