Job Title: Sales Manager
Salary: 30k to 45k
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The role involves building and managing a high-performing team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Create and execute action plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing ones.
Analyze sales performance metrics and continuously optimize processes.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a culture of motivation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Business Development & Client Relations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
5. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards throughout the sales process.
Address client concerns proactively and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA/PGDM in marketing, or related field
Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership role, preferably in real estate, insurance, lifestyle, or membership-based businesses.
Sales Expertise: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with expertise in consultative and solution-based selling.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to deliver high performance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adjust strategies as needed.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms.
Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional connections.
Note: This role requires open to travel as part of the job responsibilities. Job locations- Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Indore. All travel-related expenses, including transportation and meals, will be fully covered by the company in accordance with our travel policy.
