Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance agents.
Drive agent activation and productivity to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with agents.
Analyze sales data and provide strategic inputs to improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Candidates Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance sales via the Agency Channel.
Must have handled annual business of ₹40–50 LPA.
Strong network in the local geography (preferably Uttar Pradesh).
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
