• You will be designated as a Sales Manager.
• You will report directly to the Business Head.
• Your team will consist of a maximum of 4 members, including yourself.
• You are responsible for creating and implementing effective business plans.
• Oversee daily sales operations and set clear performance objectives.
• Conduct daily SCRUM meetings with your team.
• Set and identify weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
• Deliver sales presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Provide training and motivation to the sales team.
• Ensure that your goals are fully aligned with the team’s targets.
• Develop strategies to maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams for campaign success.
• Manage recruitment and hiring as per team requirements.
• Focus on driving the company’s growth through team performance.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of your team’s task reports.
• Share your daily work plan with the management team.
• Take full responsibility for your team’s targets and report submissions.
