Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Manager to drive the sales of solar panels across various states. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solar industry sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into sales for solar panel products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and clients.
Identify and tap into new markets and regions for solar panel sales.
Provide technical information and guidance to clients about solar panel systems.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and installation support.
Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering/Science preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the solar industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of solar panel products and market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Ability to work independently and manage regional sales goals.
