Sales & Business Development
Head of Sales / Business Head
To drive sales growth and market share for the company’s precast construction products by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing new markets, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies for precast products in line with company objectives.
Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Business Development
Generate leads from contractors, builders, developers, government agencies, and infrastructure projects.
Present and promote precast solutions to potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Conduct site visits and technical discussions with clients.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Assign targets, review performance, and ensure timely reporting.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Provide feedback to management for product improvement.
Coordination
Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Assist in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
Growth in customer base and retention rate
Conversion ratio from leads to orders
Market share growth in assigned region
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Business Administration (preferred).
5–10 years of experience in sales of construction materials, precast products, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of precast construction processes and products.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
