About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand our business in the Industrial Solar Projects segment at our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the industrial solar sector, an established client network, and a proven record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development for industrial solar projects in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
- Generate qualified leads, build long-term client relationships, and successfully convert opportunities into projects.
- Design and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of industrial clients such as factories, plants, and warehouses.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract closures ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and project execution teams for smooth delivery and client support.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and business reach.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Solar Project Sales (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of solar project lifecycle, industrial client requirements, and government regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Must possess a valid vehicle and be open to frequent client visits and travel.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
