Role / Responsibilities:
1. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points. Conduct outbound
prospecting and inbound lead follow-up via phone, email, and other digital channels.
2. Present products or services clearly and persuasively to potential customers. Maintain
detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
3. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation and
conversion strategies. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information to support the sales
process. Schedule meetings and product demos when necessary.
5. Track and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance. Stay
updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
