Key Responsibilities:

�� Dealer Sales – Build, manage, and grow the dealer network in your assigned territory
�� Corporate Sales – Identify and close deals with business clients and enterprises
�� Government Sales – Work on tenders and procurement processes to secure government contracts
�� Revenue Growth – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
�� Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
�� Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing to refine sales strategies
�� Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain sales records, track performance, and update CRM tools

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Industry Equipment/ Tools/ Electronics/Hardware distribution
✅ Experience in dealer acquisition, corporate sales, or government procurement
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
✅ Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
✅ Experience with CRM tools & sales tracking systems is a plus
