About the Role:
Star Health is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our D2C sales channel. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for meeting potential customers (leads provided by the company), explaining our health insurance policies, and closing the sale by collecting payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit prospective clients as per the leads shared by the company.
• Explain Star Health insurance policies and benefits in detail.
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection.
• Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in field sales/client-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
• Presentable and confident in customer interactions.
