Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of medical and surgical equipment to hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals in the Kanpur region. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and distributors to promote medical equipment and consumables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase departments, and hospital management.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to end users and ensure product trials when required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups effectively.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: Graduate in Science / B.Pharm / BBA / MBA (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, consumables, or healthcare products.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Good understanding of the Kanpur medical market.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
