Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales process, including lead generation, client engagements, negotiations, and closing deals. They will also conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and maintain relationships with existing clients. The Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
