Job Title: In-Store Sales Executive

Company: Apollo Pharmacy
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad. In-store, multiple locations (as per availability)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Job Responsibilities

In-Store Sales:

• Engage with walk-in customers at pharmacy stores.

• Promote credit card or financial products.

• Clearly explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.

• Ensure branding and visibility of promotional materials.

Field Sales (if applicable):

• Visit residential and commercial areas to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calling and footfall engagement.

• Follow up on potential leads and close sales within turnaround time.

Operational:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and onboarding.

• Comply with all regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Persuasive and confident approach to sales

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms
