Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-oriented Credit Card Sales Executives to promote and sell SBI Credit Cards in both in-store and field sales environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a commitment to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):
• Engage proactively with Apollo Pharmacy customers to understand their financial needs and pitch suitable credit card offerings.
• Clearly explain credit card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
• Accurately collect and verify customer documents in adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) norms.
• Ensure daily visibility and proper display of promotional materials and campaign branding within the pharmacy.
Field Sales:
• Conduct proactive outreach by visiting residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
• Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, leveraging referrals, and engaging with footfall.
• Diligently follow up on potential leads and successfully close sales within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
Operational:
Maintain accurate and detailed daily records of customer interactions, applications submitted, and successful conversions.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal processing teams to ensure timely application approvals and efficient customer onboarding.
• Ensure strict compliance with all banking and regulatory guidelines during the sales process and documentation collection.
Key Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years of experience in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong aptitude for sales may also apply.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
• Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated,and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of financial products and adherence to KYC norms.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 Fixed salary per month.
• Incentives: Attractive incentives up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance.
