The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 25,000 and prospects of growth.

Job Description – Sales Officer (Dairy Industry)

Position: Sales Officer

Industry: Dairy / FMCG

Products: Ghee, Milk, Dahi & Horeca Sales

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Sultanpur, Raebareli, Bachhrawan, Amethi, Ayodhya, Kanpur & Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:

Dairy products (Milk, Ghee, Dahi etc.) ki sales aur distribution manage karna

Horeca segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) me business development karna

Distributor aur retailer network develop aur maintain karna

Market visit, order collection aur payment follow-up karna

Monthly sales target achieve karna

Competitor activity aur market trends monitor karna

New customer onboarding aur relationship management

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate mandatory

Dairy/FMCG industry me 2–5 years ka experience

Horeca sales experience preferred

Communication aur negotiation skills achhi honi chahiye

Local market knowledge hona chahiye

Two wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Preferred Experience:

Milk, Ghee, Dahi, Paneer ya other dairy products sales experience

Distributor handling & secondary sales knowledge
