Identify and visit retail outlets within assigned territory to sell company products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of products on shelves.
Execute trade marketing and promotional activities in-store.
Regularly track competitor activity and report insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Monitor and manage stock levels and coordinate with distributors for product replenishment.
Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, and customer preferences.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
