Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Identify and approach potential merchants for UPI-based payment solutions.

• Product Presentation: Conduct product demos, highlighting benefits of UPI payments (ease, security, cost-effectiveness).

• Onboarding: Support merchants in registration and technical setup.

• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with merchants to ensure consistent usage.

• Market Research: Track industry trends and gather customer feedback.

• Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly merchant acquisition goals.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide progress updates.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Sales or business development experience

• Comfortable with mobile apps & UPI platforms

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently

Good-to-Have Skills

• Negotiation & persuasion abilities

• Experience in fintech or payment solutions
