Job Description: Sales Executive – Land Development
Location: Baner Pune
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–5 years in real estate preferred (freshers with strong communication skills also considered)
Reports to: Sales Manager / Founder / Director
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Make outbound calls to leads from portals, campaigns, and walk-ins
• Generate leads via cold calling, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and field visits
• Follow up with warm and cold leads regularly
• Maintain proper lead data in Excel/CRM
Site Visit Coordination
• Convince prospects to visit the land project
• Arrange and manage site visits (including pickup/drop when required)
• Explain plot benefits, location advantages, approvals, and future value
• Build trust during the visit and push toward decision-making
Sales Conversion & Closing
• Follow up after site visits with offers and urgency-based sales pitch
• Negotiate effectively and close bookings
• Collect necessary documents and ensure booking process is completed
Reporting & Coordination
• Submit daily report: calls made, visits booked, site visits done, deals closed
• Attend daily morning briefing and evening debriefing
• Coordinate with the marketing, admin, and legal teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain a professional attitude and clean communication with clients.
