Each Hood Custodian will be tagged to around 100–150 ATMs, covering 15–18 ATM visits daily (average 6–15 calls per route). The role includes attending issue calls, fixing electricity problems , restarting machines , resolving upper hood-related issues and other small operational problems . Unresolved cases must be escalated with pictures to the call center. Timely resolution and adherence to TAT is a must.
