We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in growing our client base and achieving our sales targets by providing exceptional service and real estate solutions to buyers and investors.
Identify prospective clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and site visits.
Handle inquiries and follow up on leads generated through advertisements, referrals, and online platforms.
Present and explain real estate offerings, pricing, terms, and amenities to potential buyers and investors.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up for referrals or future business opportunities.
Stay up to date with real estate trends, local property markets, and competitive offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Attend property expos, networking events, and promotional campaigns when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
Experience in selling residential, commercial, or luxury real estate.
Fluency in local language(s) in addition to English.
