Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing sales deals for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers/investors.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property listings, and pricing trends.
Assist clients throughout the buying/selling process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and drive property visibility.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
